In 1998, my Nana and Pap opened Hoover's Flower World in the very same location where Once Upon A Bloom now stands. Growing up, I witnessed the love and dedication they poured into every bouquet and every customer relationship. Their shop was a beloved part of the community until it closed its doors in 2014.

Ever since, I’ve dreamed of bringing that magic back—and after years of trying to convince my Nana to reopen, she lovingly passed the torch to me. While she's enjoying retirement, she’s been by my side every step of the way, offering wisdom, support, and her signature touch of floral flair.
